Project development in Buchholz an der Nordheide.

Canteleu Quarter

Urban district development directly beside the train station of the Buchholz railway station in the Nordheide (triangle between the railway facilities). Development of the historic Bahnhofsstrasse. The entire project covers a volume of approx. 26,000 m² GFA. The planned main uses are hotel, office, nursing home with affiliated assisted living, general living, micro apartments and kindergarten. These uses are essentially housed in their own structures. Some of the upper floors are underlaid with commercial uses on the ground floor (retail, gastronomy). This ensures a lively city district. The project planning basis for the project is a development plan, which is expected to be legally valid in November 2017. The installation decision was made in August 2017. Another basis is the town planning contract, which has already been completed. The planning permission will be in 2./3. Quarter 2018 expected. Completion of the project is planned for 2021.
